As the pandemic blankets the world, the tourism sector takes a severe blow. Lagunen loses their primary target group in one fell swoop when the Norwegian border closes, just when they are about to launch their new Glamping concept. Faced with a critical decision – to slow down or forge ahead – Lagunen opts for the latter.
Results
Identifying the customer’s purchasing journey was one of the mission’s critical parameters. Through this understanding, we could tailor messages and direct them towards specific target groups via the right channel selection and budget allocation.
Having the courage to influence the audience earlier in the purchasing journey than previously assumed proved to be the key.
